O.T. Morgan Stanley questioned Qwests accounting practices
saying that "Qwest quietly wrote off $2.1B on assets
re-purchase of U.S.West". Qwest immediately responded that
the M.S. report was "innacurate and misleading" and
reaffirmed financial projections for the rest of the year.

GX should locate the person who wrote the reply and hire
post haste.
