I share the belief in an imminent market rally and expect it to be broad and last through September. I suggest C, KSS, MGG, TXN, AMAT, FLEX, BEAS, DELL, NBR, XTO, DNR, GLM. It is an odd mixture of consumer cyclicals, patch and tech but I believe it will work.

For smaller, high risk wild cards STN, ISLE, HWD, LRCX, VTSS, GLBL, CHK, BPUR.

I currently own all these in cautious quantities....

Stopped out on AMAT short. Now that I've gone over to the dark side for a few shorts/puts, I have to admit it's more fun seeing my positions go up against the market than it was seeing them move with it.
