"Wall St." is a bunch of sales representatives.

The "hype" helped them move product and extract a commission.

I wouldn't look to them for any ethics beyond buying their next yacht and trying to get a good deal on it.

Because their asses was not dragged into congress then. Now they need something to blame for the insane valuations.
