Tony, Re: This is an early 0.13 part. Further iterations may take the power down at the same voltage and clock speed?

No doubt, but the same can be said over AMD's process. Currently it looks like Tualatin has approx. a 20% power consumption advantage over Athlon 4 (10% comparing 1.13 GHz to 1.0 GHz, 10% from the different clock-speed). Plus it has a little bit more cache. It's certainly a good processor but it's nowhere near e.g. Transmeta's power dissapation levels and except the smaller die, improved clock-speed (10%) and L2 cache the advantages over Coppermine are zero. But I guess it will be still quite popular since the infrastructure is already there.
