LOL I do get very passionate about politics, always have and always will. I guess that was passed down from my mother. She was a strong Republican woman, and even back then was against the government getting involved in our lives, and over taxing us.

I wonder what she would think if she could see the taxes we pay now, the way government has stepped in to educate our children, and the mismanagement of our military? She was from the "It Had to be You" era.

I've passed my passion of politics on to my children, so their Grandma would be proud of them.

Missy was telling the story of being at a cocktail party and something came up about military intervention by the U.S....she said the people contributing were Democrats, and guys. She shut down every argument with the facts. Ryan told them, "I learned a long time ago not to go toe to toe with Missy on anything involved with politics...she'll eat your lunch!"

Not that I know everything there is to know about what is going on in the US, far from it, but I have a working knowledge...
