Hi Crossy,

I'm sure the Tauzin-Dingell "RBOC Welfare Act of 2001" is DOA. Couldn't get full committee approval in the House and the Senate simply won't touch it with the proverbial eleven foot Lithuanian. The RBOCs are going to have to connive some other deals. Time to hit on the PUCs.
