Price to sales is actually 1.23 on projected sales of $20 B for 2001. Book value is closer to zero if you take away the goodwill they just wrote down, and assume some of the $7.7 B in receivables cannot be collected...

Price to Sales ratio now = 0.86; Price to Book ratio now = 0.93

Yeah, but after they report the quarter the book value per share is going to decline significantly. Remember the $23 billion (or whatever it is supposed to be) write down? Also, trailing sales is going to fall significantly as each quarter rolls out. The ratios aren't so low yet.
