Transmeta (TMTA) 12.60 -1.00: Company warns for Q2; cuts revenue outlook by 40-45%; sees revs of $10.2-11.2 mln vs. current consensus of est of $19 mln; current EPS estimate is $0.11); company cites economic weakness in Japan for shortfall; expects to take an inventory charge for the quarter.
