I changed the breaker and everything works fine!
My next project is some duct work. When I converted the
garage to a new room I had an AC put in through the wall,
even though the house has central air, there's no vent in
the new room but the vent for the den goes through the
room. My friend who did the construction wanted to box
it in with sheetrock but I liked the retro look of the duct
so he left it. The duct is 5 or 6" sheet metal. I just bought
some parts to devert some air from the den to the new room.
The AC through wall will still get some use when the central's
off. It'll be great not having to hear the wall unit in the new room.
