Any moron can see that outside markets are worse than we are and we need to not only help ourselves, but be preventative and lower the dollar before we have zero exports..lol

Tom,

I guess that I will vote 0.25, although 0.50 may be warranted but I think the Fed is afraid of running out of ammunition if this downturn continues. I also think that they want to admire their handiwork for a while. <GGG>

I would vote for .375 if that was a viable option. <GGG>
