SB, Further to our discussion on Merrill Lynch analysts.
Just saw the interview of the leader of the pack, Steve Mulonovich on CNBC.

I would bet they start upgrading many tech sectors very soon. My reason:
He said they feel telecom will be in trouble for a while.
Now that is a surprise. <g>

Getting "constructive" on the enterprise space; corporate spending and also wireless. He mentioned Oracle's quarter as a positive sign. You know what that means...

Looking for many tech upgrades near term except telecom.
Just wondering if we should start a pool of when the first big upgrade will take place.<ggg>

My vote is for a Microsoft upgrade within 2 weeks (Henry Blodgett (analyst)--I laugh everytime I think about that).

I don't know about their ratings on IBM or ORCL.
