I'm keeping a core position in an IRA account; all trading positions were stopped out. I've been a cautious follower of LG's MDD thread and Zeev's channeling thread so it's been watch and wait. Other core positions in IRA include GMST, MSCC, HGSI, CREE, IGT.

There may be a play here! I'm thinking that as institutions unload due to a $5 minimum price restriction that Portal investors and management could look more favorably to a buy out at $6 from DOX. Any suggestions for a buy point? Stock is at an all time low, company has cash and little debt.

If Portal decides to go it alone they will have to tighten ship until the telecom sector shows some signs of life. Mean and lean companies that make it through the shakedown should launch when the computer and net connection I'm using now become as outdated as my first MAC.
