LU:

Not based on anything but gut feel, but I imagine between now and the approximate July 24 earnings date we should see:

-- a nasty earnings warning
-- an even worse report

the net upshot of which will be the PERCEPTION not that LU has skeletons in its closet, but that LU has ONLY skeletons in its closet.

I expect also that the conviction will deepen that the LU
management is not up to the task of turning the PERCEIVED ghost-ship around.

Sort of reminiscent of the comment I read recently about
US foreign policy:

"Foreign policy is like the US Airways shuttle from New York to Washington. Make a 180-degree turn and you're still going to hell......"

Should that prove to the be case for LU, will the price
matter.....?

Namaste!

Jim
