The hidden agenda regarding the debt for Dems is "Keep in in the Treasury until we can find new ways to spend it." There has not been a SINGLE Democrat this year who has managed to get through an entire conversation about the overcharge without assuring us all that they have just the right way to spend it immediately. They show offense at the idea of refunding it to the people they stole it from as a smoke screen to cover the fact that they want it spent and spent now...
