Look in your recipe book. Here out west we can buy these big sausages that are made from chicken, walnuts and apples. They are for breakfast and are really good any way they are prepared but I prefer them cooked in a cast iron skillet over a fire. I love having them with pancakes and syrup with lots of butter.

Whoa! We all better watch those cholesterol counts.
