tc, The command line means in dos. From the dos prompt use the cd command to change to the folder where trayman resides. Then just type trayman -u and press enter. Example: c:\windows cd\trayman (press enter) c:\trayman trayman -u (press enter) I don't know if you need to boot in dos or can use the dos prompt from within windows. Good luck, Esteban

Un-installing TrayManager... I don't really know. I like to have the program on my machine so I can test my advice before it causes unimaginable grief for others. I don't have this program. A couple of thoughts... This program is obviously Windows based. It's unlikely that it would run in DOS, although if it was executed from a DOS window, Windows support would be available. I'd shut the program down. Ctrl-Alt-Del and End Task should do the trick. Next, I'd attempt the TrayMan -u command in the Start/Run Open box. Just type the command in as indicated, making sure to put the space between the TrayMan and the -u. If this fails, I'd boot in MS-DOS Mode and try the same command again. I don't have much faith this will work. I'd expect an error message indicating TrayMan is a Windows program. (But it won't hurt anything to try.) Their final suggestion is to use Add/Remove from Windows Safe Mode. It seems strange this is their last suggestion. It should be their first, in my opinion. If all this fails, you'll need to un-install manually. Cheers, PW.
