John, >``(Japan) appears to be experiencing the economic weakness that affected other parts of the world earlier this year,'' Mark Allen, Transmeta CEO and President said in a statement.

Blame it on Japan. When all else fails, blame a country.

I wonder if their server blades customer, RLX, is beginning to sweat a little. I assume they're sole source Transmeta for CPU chips.

John, Lead analyst responsibilities change with little notice. By my count, Osha is lead analyst on 9 stocks versus 12 at the beginning of the year. He started the year with 2 Buys, 8 Accumulates, and 2 Neutrals. He currently is at 1 Buy, 2 Accumulates, and 6 Neutrals.

I do not see an underwriting footnote so I would guess ML was not an underwriter.
