In the CC, Bryant responded with something like "I can't imagine why our customers would be building inventory, they know that we are shipping as soon as they order". But again you are trying to read more into it, trying to invent an Intel problem (and Intel has plenty without your extra efforts).

AMD's entire history is a price war against Intel. Intel is just trying to sell too much stuff to a bunch of folks that don't want to buy stuff. That leads to lower prices.

And just HOW is Intel conducting a PRICE WAR when AMD's CPU prices are SIGNIFICANTLY BELOW Intel's comparable CPU prices?
