But it's not illegal to sell rides on a roller coaster. And even if you aren't properly licensed, the user wouldn't know that. Here you have a blatantly illegal transaction, buying sex for money. She says she doesn't have a disease, but she does, and you catch it. Are you going to be able to sue her? Ha. She says she doesn't want a baby, she gets pregnant anyhow, and refuses to abort. You're going to sue her for breach of contract? Good luck. See whether you can find any other lawyers here who will take your case. I won't, since I don't take losing cases.
