And even if you aren't properly licensed, the user wouldn't know that.

Here you have a blatantly illegal transaction, buying sex for money. She says she doesn't have a disease, but she does, and you catch it. Are you going to be able to sue her? Ha.

She says she doesn't want a baby, she gets pregnant anyhow, and refuses to abort. You're going to sue her for breach of contract?
