Is there grounds for legal action by MRVC here?

The legal agreement for the bonds is below in Exhibit 4.2. I see tons of protection for the bond holders, but I don't see anything protecting MRVC from acts by the bondholders that harm them. I have to laugh, the LR article quotes one of the bondholders that MRVC was greedy when the price was high, but they could have converted at $27.04, then sold in the triple digits and didn't do so.

Do others care to weigh in here?
