Scammers don't always hit only old people... When a hurricane hit Florida. the strong wind blew water in our condo windows...they charges $800 to pull the carpet back a foot and replace that much padding...The carpet never was put back right. I told the people who handle our condo to NEVER spend that much money without my permission. They aren't suppose to be able to spend more than $100 without the owners permission. I had already lined someone up to do it, as I know people in town....the people who did it were long gone in a week.
