Hi Don,

Since Im now 96% cash, that would mean I have 18 more 5% positions if things go wrong.

Just to clarify when you say a 5% position in USPIX: since USPIX tracks twice the negative of the change in NDX, is this really equivalent to a 5% short position in the NDX, or 10%? In other words, if you were 100% invested in USPIX (I understand you'd probably never do this, just hypothetical to understand the math), would you really be 200% short, or should I divide by two when I calculate the size of a USPIX position?

BTW, congrats on yet one more timely call, and thanks for your really clear explanations of what you're seeing.

Regards,
Fund

Don, the "VIX" is really screwing with my signals but, i can't ignore the obvious, anomaly or not. get's tougher by the day and with no visibility, rally's getting sold and bad #'s across the board, i'm inclined to step back go outside and smell some roses....
any hints or does this "anomaly" present often enough to be contrary?

Don: Sounds like a rational approach. Thanks. (eom)
