zbyslaw: Absolutely...it is probably at least a year...I have not heard of a bandwidth glut under the ocean by the way...there is an article by the CEO of Williams, discussing the "theory"...aka MMs spin...I have yet to read it in detail. BTW, the word from the engineering community is Williams knows their (systems engineering) stuff better than anyone else. So in that sense, he may be speaking for his network, which was built recently, and not the heritage networks, which are obviously in bad shape...anyway, I need to read it. I think it was referenced on one of the JDSU threads. -Own
