You're right about LT holders. At $12, I do not see much downside risk.

Really? $12 is the price level in late 1999, not a rock bottom price. If they warn (very likely), this will go below single digit. But in a few quarters, things will get much better. A corporation can postpone other purchases, but probably can't rely on zipping all the files to save storage budget.
