Esteban Thank you for making me stick it out. I tried everything under the sun (way too many to try to post) from the run box and from dos. The only messages I received other than "invalid directory" or "Bad command or file name" were: C:\progra~1\trayman>trayman -u too many parameters - -u C:\progra~1\trayman\trayman -u This program can not be run in DOS mode I decided to try MS Dos Prompt one more time From the windows prompt I enter cd\progra~1 and then c:\program files>trayman\trayman -u I finally got a message stating that trayman registry entries had been removed. Removed program through control panel/add/remove programs and errorless reboot sucessful...thanks again. Thanks for the lesson. Much appreciated. tc :-)
