Susie, you have lots of company with TraycInt. Somewhere near the end of this stream of messages is the answer, I think. computing.net [all I did is search for TraycInt. I know nothing. :)] Gottfried

Please follow the instructions to resolve your issue for tray.... Press the CTRL-ALT-DELETE key to perform an end task on trayclnt. Note: This will not be responding in the "Close Program" or "Task Manager" dialog. Outcome: After ending the task, you should be able to sign in. If still unsuccessful: You need to reconfigure MSN54. Create a manual dialer. Go to migration.msn.com You will be prompted for username, then click OK.< Gottfried
