Nope, looks like another market share gain for AMD's Athlon4, the 1GHZ mobile chip that runs at 1GHZ.

There go Intel's mobile ASPs.

There goes any hope of paying for those very expensive new .13 FABs with mobile tualatins.


Ummmm... Dan, yet again you've amazed me with your lack of knowledge. 1) there is only one "new" 0.13 micron fab being built for 200mm. That one is in AZ. The primary fab is in Oregon and is an existing structure.

Again, you're sounding very shrill and are going for cheap shots rather than forming a reasoned argument. If there is a true price war in a down economy, Intel will survive based on cash reserves alone... AMD won't. If you want to see a price war in mobile... fine, but do realize that AMD will always come out on the losing end of that one.
