I agree Harry. Why short AFFX when it is now near a 52 week lows? They should be exploring the possibility of faltering fundamentals in HMO's, Oil Stocks and Tobacco. If the patient bill of rights is passed it will put pressure on HMO's to deliver quality healthcare and open them up to lawsuits. Earnings are already in question for the group.

Oil reserves are rising, new fields are coming in and numerous forms of alternative energy are being explored. Tobacco stocks will come under further pressure as money rotates into technology stocks as fundamentals improve for these companies and fears of large settlements slow down tobacco stock investment.
