No sure what is up with JNPR a divergence is building. The OBV indicates the selling was limited despite the fall from 50 to 28.

I would expect the b2b to improve this month just by a drop in sales and orders remain flat. Doesn't mean the fundamentals improved but the ratio should improve (I'm assuming IBM and INTC are continuing to order equipment to keep the bookings flat)
