Yes, this is one of the indicators I am using, but i don't think that the 30% band around the 50 DMA is a valuable measure, it misses too man tops and gives too many false bottoms. People should start and realize that there is no one "goden" indicator for turns, not even the he 10 DMA of the arms reaching 1.5 (Hays), at least I do not know of any. I use a combination of many of these (my turnips), as well as fundamental considerations such as interest rates liquidity and the economy's health in general. Zeev
