In order to not be sued by Ollie Nassar, I retract any references to him made on the thread, per the following email threat (I dared to utter his name). A bit unsure why he wants to sue me, as I've received many emails from his mass reflector which are, oh well... never mind!

I do look forward to seeing you in Court to fully explore our relationship with MB Trading, Ollie. You really should do something about that anger problem!

-Steve

That is an unwise statement series of statements. I would demand that you immediately retract it. If you do not, expect to hear from Counsel shortly.

As for this statement:

Our experience as long-term Terra Nova-MB brokerage customers has been an extremely positive one, and we have the highest regard for their services. Therefore, we frequently recommend their services to our customers. However, the three of us would like to make it clear that we do this only for the benefit of our customers, because we have no financial relationship with MBT and we do not stand to benefit from you taking your trading business there. We have traded at many day trading brokerages, and we know what an excellent direct access brokerage feels like when we see it--there are very few good ones. Simply put, in our experience, Terra Nova-MB is the best!

Somehow I do not quite believe you. No, I do believe that you are lying here in public to the Silicon Investor Membership. We shall find through the courts which it is. Have a nice day.

Sincerely,

Olivier L. F. Asser

LXK, Lexmark, Long > 60.00, Computer Hardware, $HWI.X
Need strong volume to carry this one above 60.00. Lexmark closed at the high of the day on increasing volume...a very good sign.

Looks like it might try to break 60 again. LXK supplying printers to IBM just announced on IBM website:

IBM introduces Infoprint 1000, new family of laser printers
IBM has introduced a new line of workgroup printing solutions -- the Infoprint 1000 family -- to help manage e-business.

New features of the five new models include:

Internet-ready -- the ability to print image files or URLs referencing PDF or HTML files directly to the printer, quickly and easily, without using a printer driver or application. URL bookmarks can be pre-programmed in the printer for printing later, without a PC. Users can access and print a virtual library of on-line resources, which helps eliminate costly pre-printed forms.

Finishing options -- easily expandable and affordable finishing functions such as automatic stapling and offset stacking. These functions traditionally have been handled manually or by larger, more costly devices. Placing these features on lower cost printers close to the user helps save time and reduces costs.

Print Management -- the new models ship with MarkVision Professional print management software for easy printer installation, configuration and management from the desktop, server or the Web.

The new family of printers is the first set of products announced as a result of an OEM agreement between IBM and Lexmark International. Availability will begin in July.

"This announcement highlights our commitment to offering an output solution that meets business requirements from 12 page-per-minute desktop printing to production printers delivering over 1,000 impressions-per-minute," said David Dobson, general manager, IBM Printing Systems. "IBM customers can now look to the Printing Systems division for one of the broadest, most complete line of printers and printing services in the business today."
