Brian, sub-group analysis around a specific gene. This is not necessarily bad. The FDA likes it when they understand why something works or doesn't work. Remember Herceptin, DNA's revolutionary monoclonal anti-body for a sub group of woman with a certain type of breast cancer associated with the expression of a specific gene was approved and has been a sucessful drug.
