Sounds like an exhausting week... at least you get a small break for yourself. And I'm sure three young children of your own, at home all day, will really help you rest and relax <g>

So you have to teach at summer school as well? In the UK, teachers get a 6-week break over the summer, it's the key (well, one of the only) perks: but even then a lot of that time is consumed catching up on paperwork, and planning/preparing for the following year.

Do you get the same age-group next year, or do you stick with the same class? Again, here the former is far more common, but some more experimental schools do try and keep the same teachers together with the same year - I think this is more at primary level (5-11) than secondary.

Except going backwards- I'll have to work on that.

I have not roller skated in 20 years. I was wonderful ... backwords then... it was almost like Babette's feast on a different level. Do I dare to eat a peach?

Good to see the poet gal back :)
