It's the cellular leader in China,which will soon be the world's biggest mobile market. >China likely will be in the World Trade Organization by the end of the year after the European Union said yesterday outstanding bilateral issues have now been resolved. The agreement, together with the one concluded with the U.S. on June 8, means multilateral negotiations with all 140 members, set to resume in Geneva on June 28, also now seem likely to be successful. "The timeline for China's accession by the end of this year now looks much more promising," said Joe Borich, head of the Washington State China Relations Council.
