For sure dennis. Most importantly imho, folks are underestimating, by probably an order of magnitude, how long it will take to work through a "reversion to the mean". It will take years -- 6-10 I figure. Hell, the real bubble, the credit bubble, is still inflating. Just wait until that thing blows: it'll be one helluva wet spot.
