Bob, >It appears that Osha is now rating actual microprocessors as well as stocks.

"Demand for small/light form factor notebooks
should continue to grow, and Transmeta has
the best microprocessors for the market." [emphasis added]

Get him on CNBC today and ask him about Transmeta. I bet he took a couple days R&R up into the woods of Northern New England (assuming he works out of NYC). Some have said here what do you expect out of guys like this, but it is Merrill Lynch, one of the biggest. Don't they take any pride or responsibility any more in their utterances?

Tony

Bob - Re:Osha Joe & "Transmeta has

Look what Smith Barney is saying about those GREAT Processors that TransMeta has !!

"* * In addition, the company is taking a large non-cash inventory charge in the quarter, of as much as $20 million, to write off inventories of lower-speed products which no longer hit the performance window in the notebook market. "
