This KLAC news today was horrible -->

09:13 ET KLA-Tencor (KLAC) 54.94: Hearing that research firm Fechtor Detwiler is making negative comments about KLAC in a note today; says company is facing declines of well over 50% in wafer inspection business, it will soon announce deep layoffs, that Applied Materials (AMAT) is grabbing huge market share from KLAC, and that ThermaWave (TWAV) had a recent win at Micron at KLAC's expense.
