i wonder what LMNE's management would think of that proposal...my guess is they want to be completely OUT of the MRV umbrella.... as is the case i've heard from iTouch, CW, etc....

You can save posting for the weekend, but what do people think of the idea of MRVC making a tender offer to purchase all of the issued LMNE stock. Haven't spent a lot of time figuring the numbers, but first thought is it shouldn't take as much cash as it would to retire the MRVC convertible bonds.

IPO of LMNE got LMNE the cash they needed to procure equipment, etc. If the market won't value them properly they bring them back into MRVC. LMNE management can still have a lot of autonomy. It could be operated like the GE model.
