WHAT'S NEXT? Here's just a guess: -- "newtsixco" incorporated -- it buys the assets, contracts etc of TSIX for X% of their stated value -- bondholders convert to equity based on a formula which gives better deal to senior debtholders -- existing majority shareholder/management group of tsix gets token equity position for agreeing to the deal(but not stated as that, and couched in other terms) -- all other equity holders in TSIX receive the right to download from Napster the songs: (a) Thanks for the Memories (b) It was just one of those things -- some time down the road, newtsixco sells itself to an aggressive telco/comms company/MSFT in exchange for a lot of shares Life goes on.
