STOCK LOAN: Hey, financial institutions just want collateral, don't they? I don't suppose it will matter to them what securities they use to collateralize the loan. Or maybe, as you infer, they will exchange THEIR debt from Maffei for equity in any new entity. That might require a little financial leger-de-main, but we have to be pragmatic don't we? The shrine to be worshipped at in this case is seniority of claim, and we know where common shareholders sit in that shrine don't we? Namaste! Jim
