Freep, the up scenario was never violated. We've been tracking both scenarios looking for clues. NDX broke over the June DT line tis morning and COMPX is tryng it now. This is not the sort of thing that happens when the market is pointed down. Also, NYA and OEX are busting up out of what looked like bearish flags -- The Hound of the Baskervilles.

Tons of resistance here. Man, if it can chew through another 15 points on COMPX we get into some thinner air.
