I get my facts from the congressional record.
thomas.loc.gov

Look up the 103rd Congress and all bills put forward. In particular, pay attention to S.154, S.377, and H.R.3183. These are republican attempts to control spending.

There is no such thing as Clinton's "Deficit Reduction Act of 1993". His bill was called the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993, and had nothing to do with deficit reduction. The only modern "Deficit Reduction Act" was signed by Ronald Reagan in 1985.

Stop being so intellectually lazy and LOOK IT UP!

Reagans' bill, the only modern deficit control act, was called the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985.

Go ahead. Look it up.
