Hi Inder, I haven't seen any follow up on the warrants yet. You might want to look in the Financial Times for more information. The news on the US press and the filling seem to get delayed since it is essential a UK stock.

Inder, It looks like they voted on the rights issue on June 18. The option for shareholder to take up the right started June 19. They have till July 9 to opt to buy the rights. Payment is due July 11. Trading on the warrants begin July 12. What do you have in mind? Are you looking for a short due to the dilution?
