No SEC, just inexperienced management. It's far better to be cautious and then surprise on the upside then to raise hopes only to dash them shortly thereafter. The severity of today's punishment is due to the fact that TMTA reaffirmed guidance barely a week ago. Beyond the financial hit, TMTA has suffered a huge credibility hit and this will take quite some time to rebuild.
