I have noticed that when the US stock market rallies, but the European stock indexes do not follow, the rally soon peters out . Today is a perfect example.

I will feel much more comfortable on the long side when US and European stocks can BOTH rally strongly.

Zeev, how do you explain the 2 day rally from 1980 plus to 2058 in the naz; who was buying ; the shorts are still saying they are holding; is this tape painting, short covering, or oversold bounce? in the face of a btb and a fed drop--cant figure who was buying!
