I don't see this as bad news but I do find it curious. If he thought the stock was headed for the dumps 1) They wouldn't be planning a new plant in Brazil. 2) They wouldn't be appointing new MOB's. 3) He would have dumped more than 2mil of his 15mil or so shares. Either he is expecting the stock to run much higher short term and has not sold yet, or there is something else going on behind the scenes. My bet is on the latter. Ron Dior
