Rather than saying that valuation can be "part timing" it would be more accurate to say that some people may combine multiple factors in their decision making. That doesn't mean that the individual elements are any less distinct.

ok, ok. But--what would you say about a case like Curly's, where the person wants to own the stock long-term, intends to own the stock long-term, but sells it now planning to buy it back later for much less because he believes the the whole market will soon correct and adjust current massive overvaluations?
