LOL...turnabout is fair play. The difference, unfortunately, is that Cuba lacks the legal infrastructure to produce the type of result Elian received.
In all likelihood, that poor kid is going to be stuck down there. His best hope for reunification is that Castro takes a dirt nap soon and there is a restructuring of the political system along more democratic lines. Who knows, however?
