Hi Bob, Needham is our investment banker and accordingly, placed each of the private placements. They are first-rate in this type of business and have placed us with first-tier venture capital investors who are noted as long-term investors and savvy. It is very rare that retail investors like us have an opportunity to purchase equity in a company at prices so close to what these astute venture investors have paid. Indeed, some of us purchased well below the 6.5 area. I am certain that KVH required Needham to provide coverage as a quid pro quo for the investment banking services and that Needham was happy to comply as they have already done their due diligence and now they will provide support for Wisconsin, Mass Mutual et al. Needham's web site doesn't allow visitors to poach their research, so I would ask whoever has access to their report to provide a summary for those of us that have none.
