BulbaMan thanks much for the report on the meeting. Sounds like Glass is taking a sabbatical. Hopefully he is not spending company cash for his resting period.

Thanks. I think Russ Glass has bigger fish to fry and that maximizing KDUS SH value is not his raison d'etre. From the annual report I see he's Pres of Icahn and Assoc. and VP of Lowestfare.com. I wonder if Russ can get us special airfare discounts if we mention KDUS and swear we voted against the Berg proposal? ;-)"Yes, I cahn."

Meant to ask you, did you get any sense from your source about:

1. What Glass was looking for money/stock-wise?

2. What time frame we're looking at for any transaction to be consummated? (Don't those tax credits and carryovers have an expiration date?)

3. What the non-huge amt. is that Axiom is worth? Seems estimates on this thread have had a very wide range.

Cheers

I haven't received an annual report yet. Anybody get theirs yet? Wonder if Berg is still around and trying to get his proposal passed again?

Anybody have any insights? Anyone talk to the new CEO? How does it benefit Carl to keep the status quo? Or does he just not care, given the amount of money involved?
